The CBMTG Registry is a clinical database containing detailed clinical information on Canadian patients undergoing blood and marrow transplantation.
The CBMTG Registry can provide data on patients receiving an autologous or allogeneic transplant at any participating centre in Canada. This allows us to determine several key pieces of information, including:
- Outcomes data within the Canadian context, reflecting Canadian clinical practice
- Baseline data about the rate of BMT nationally, of use to clinical trial planners
- Key information about the way BMT is used in Canada, of use to policy makers and health services researchers
Data from the registry will be made available to Canadian researchers from participating centres. Retrospective data can be of tremendous use to researchers and clinicians, and can drive the next generation of clinical trials. The CBMTG registry will strive to make data accessible to all Canadian researchers.
The CBMTG Registry is led by Dr. Kristjan Paulson. For more information, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org
